Warp knitting machine classification

During the tricot warp knitting machine, the included angle of the fabric pulling direction with respect to the plane of the needle is about 110 °. This phenomenon is more obvious. The compound needle has good rigidity, so it can withstand relatively large knitting tension. However, when the yarn is inserted, if the tension is too large, the looped yarn will be drawn back, which will prevent the knitting work from proceeding smoothly.
On Raschel warp knitting machines, the included angle of the fabric pulling direction with respect to the plane of the knitting needles is about 160 °. Because the fabric is approximately parallel to the knitting needles, the bending moments on the knitting needles are much smaller.
