EL systems are generally deployed on 4- and 5--comb Tricot warp knitting machines, such as HKS4EL, HKS4P EL, HKS5EL and HKS5P EL. They can also be used in double needle bed raschel warp knitting machines, such as RD4-6EL, RD6- 7DPLM/12-3 EL, RD8DPLM/8-3 EL. Due to the high cost of the EL electronic mechanism, it is currently used for samples of warp-knitted new products.
On the modern Tricot warp knitting machine, fundamental reforms were made to the warp and fabric take-up and take-up mechanism, using an electronically controlled let-off system (EBA and EBC) and a grey fabric take-up and take-up system (EAC). The electronic delivery system EBA was developed on the basis of FAG mechanical delivery and servo motor driven EBC electronic delivery.
The first generation of EBA is a constant speed delivery system that is used in applications where the yarn consumption is constant in the pattern cycle. The second-generation EBA2-step can be delivered at two speeds, producing products with special effects. Currently, the EBA delivery system has been standard as a Tricot and Raschel warp knitting machine.
Domestically, the FAG mechanical delivery mechanism is still widely used on the Tricot warp knitting machine. After years of practice, it has been delivered accurately and reliably. However, for technical reasons, it is quite difficult to manually rotate the warp beam when it is on the machine. In addition, the speed is further increased and the noise is limited. At present, the newly introduced Tricot warp knitting machine in China is equipped with EBA delivery system.
