Since the weaving process is the key part in the production process,it is important to enhance the speed and efficiency of weaving. Some manufacturers are contributed to developing more powerful motors, lighter and stronger machine parts, and stand-alone drives for weaving motion.

Half of the world's fiber output is converted into woven fabrics for apparel, home and technical textile applications. Although modern looms run at high speed, the weaving process is still the slowest process in the entire production process.

We must focus on the nature of the weaving process and the inherent warp and weft properties, with limited tensile strength and wear resistance, the yarn may break during weaving.

During the process of a yarn break,it is automatically stopped and then manually repaired by the operator. The loom must perform a series of continuous motions to interweave the weft yarns with a number of warp yarns in each weaving cycle.

A finite length warp knit sheet is provided on the warp beam behind the loom, which will eventually be depleted, and this requires stopping the process to replace the spent beam with the full beam.
